My favorite bike ride! |
We started off in Beitou on exchanges with our sister training leaders. It was great! Always learn so much from exchanges. I also learned to wear sunscreen. It was so hot me and Sister Westover were dying. Also found out that Beitou has a cosco so I got some mango muffins (the best things in the entire world.) I put them in the back of my bike box after lunch while we were finding. They cooked in there and you could smell the mango. So good.
Oh which reminds me! I CAN BIKE AGAIN. Best thing of my life. I love my bike.
We were biking to our investigators house and we were talking to people at the red lights like normal, when we arrived and started to park our bikes my companion tells me that while she was handing this guy an English tract she ran over his foot hhahaha smooth move sister. I hope he is still interested in English class.
We were daily contacting our Investigator Yen Dx who attends our English class. We called him and his wife answered so she handed him the phone and in his funny/cute english "hello I am Johnny" I wish you could hear it. Me and my companion were dying for about five minutes after that phone call.
So Zhang Xuan Ye's dad still doesn't want him to get baptized.... So we thought and pondered and prayed about ways to soften his heart. We came up with the Idea of having a member go and visit him to talk and get to know him. We got one to go and we are hoping for the best!! He has been sitting in our lessons with us! So has the Ama!
This weeks letter is not good, sorry. Chatting with my parents is more important lol
At our investigators house! they have 6 dogs hahaha
